  2. You’ll receive an email confirmation after you click Submit.
    • If you do not receive the email within a few hours, please check your spam filter or folder.
  3. One of our skilled customer care representatives will log your request and contact you with your claim number.
    • He or she will also provide our phone number and the name of the trained warranty technician assigned to your issue.
    • In most cases, customer care will contact you on the same business day.
  4. Your warranty technician will contact you by phone.
    • He or she may request additional details and will assist you in resolving your claim.
    • Response times at this stage may vary depending on the number of claims being reviewed.
    • We appreciate your patience during this stage of the process.
